ALPINE GLACIER GIN

Weisshorn Glacier Gin is handcrafted in Chandolin, a picturesque Swiss village perched 2000 metres high in the valley of the Weisshorn mountain.  In our micro-distillery, inside a tiny 19th century wooden cabin tucked into the alpine forest slopes, we individually vacuum-distill 12 botanicals, including Elderflower, Edelweiss and Genepi and then blend them to bottling strength using local glacier water.   The low temperature distillation gives our gin a bright, fresh taste and a luxurious texture, making it perfect to sip neat with ice or enjoy with just a splash of tonic.  It also makes a deliciously dry martini.
